What you'll do
- Support daily living skills and personal routines
- Encourage community participation and engagement
- Follow person-centered plans and document progress
- Coordinate respectfully with support coordinators and families
Minimum qualifications
- Patience, respect, and a person-centered approach
- At least 18 years of age
- Strong communication and follow-through
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Licensing and certification
- Valid driver’s license required for this role
Preferred qualifications
- Experience supporting individuals with disabilities
- Familiarity with NJ DDD services
Schedule expectations
Hours follow each individual’s support plan and may include daytime, evening, or weekend support.
